*12  Observed the following improper food/hand washing practices: 1. Drinks stored on prep table 2. Employee touching hat and put on new gloves but did not wash hands first 3. Employee just rinsing hands before putting new gloves on not washing with soap *Please keep drinks in an area that no food prep or serving is going on (750.530). Gloves do not serve as a substitute for hand washing. Any time that gloves are changed hands must be washed properly with soap and water then put on a new pair of gloves (750.510). Please go over hand washing practices and were to consume beverages with employees. 10 Days
